Delicious Varieties!

During my stay, I was absolutely impressed with the wide variety of dining options available. I particularly enjoyed the Sundeck restaurant, where the food was fresh and delicious. The Quattro formaggi pizza and Irie linguini alfredo were highlights of my meals. The staff were attentive, and every dining experience felt nice. I can't wait to return and indulge in those flavors again!

Relaxing Spa Experience

I had a wonderful time at the spa! The 80-minute aromatherapy massage was heavenly. The ambiance was calming, and it truly felt like a retreat. The hydro circuit experience was also enjoyable, guided by friendly staff who made sure I felt comfortable. It was the perfect way to unwind during my vacation.

Fun Activities Galore!

I had a blast trying the FlowRider and enjoying water sports during my trip. The staff made the experience so much fun, especially during the surfing lessons! I laughed and had a great time while learning something new. The gym was also well-equipped, allowing me to stay fit even while on vacation. Highly recommend joining in the activities!

Kids' Activities Rock!

Traveling with my kids was so easy and enjoyable thanks to the fantastic children's amenities. The playroom was well-staffed and offered a variety of activities that kept them entertained. They absolutely loved swimming with the dolphins, which was a highlight of our family trip. It was heartwarming to see them so engaged and happy!

We had an incredible week at this resort, with attentive staff, a beautiful beach, and plenty of activities. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, perfect for our family's needs. The only downside was a service hiccup regarding hot water in the concierge building that took a bit too long to resolve. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that catered well to families.

The staff were especially wonderful, making us feel like VIPs throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the evening DJ was underwhelming, leaving us craving for better nightlife options. Overall, it was a memorable vacation with just a few minor setbacks.

The service was on par with what I expect from a Moon Palace resort, but I found the food options to be lacking in variety and quality compared to my previous visits. While the facilities are impressive, they do show some signs of wear. Overall, it was more expensive than similar places in Mexico, which I found a bit hard to justify.
