The food selection at Moon Palace was absolutely superb! I especially loved the variety offered at the buffet, where they consistently served delicious Jamaican cuisine. Each meal felt like a festive celebration, especially the jerk chicken—the flavors were lovely! I also had an amazing experience at Momo, where the chefs prepared a fantastic meal right in front of us. Every bite was a treat and the atmosphere made it even more enjoyable.

Kids Club Fun!

The Playroom was an absolute hit with my kids! They spent hours there without wanting to leave, thanks to the energetic and engaging staff. They loved the activities, from interactive games to creative arts and crafts, allowing them to make friends and have nice experiences. The kids' club staying open until 10 PM was a big plus for parents like me who wanted some time to relax after a long day of activities.

Revitalizing Spa Experience

I treated myself to spa treatments during my stay which left me feeling utterly refreshed. Exciting Evening Shows

The entertainment options provided were fantastic, especially the nightly shows. We were lucky enough to catch the talent show, which featured many incredibly talented performers. We had an incredible week at this resort, with attentive staff, a beautiful beach, and plenty of activities. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, perfect for our family's needs. The only downside was a service hiccup regarding hot water in the concierge building that took a bit too long to resolve. Overall, it was a fantastic experience that catered well to families.

I had a decent stay at the Moon Palace Jamaica. The beach is breathtaking and truly one of the highlights of my trip. The service was on par with what I expect from a Moon Palace resort, but I found the food options to be lacking in variety and quality compared to my previous visits. While the facilities are impressive, they do show some signs of wear. Overall, it was more expensive than similar places in Mexico, which I found a bit hard to justify.
