Great all-inclusive stay
clean hotel friendly staff excellent customer service helpful staff
The hotel was very clean, I noticed. The staff members are friendly and professional. They provide excellent customer service, which I found very helpful. The all inclusive resort has everything, including hibachi and a mini bar.
The elevators were often broken. This meant there was only one available. The lifts were crowded, and the waits were long.

The hotel is near the craft market and attractions. Mystic Mountain and Dunn's River Falls are easy to access. The location is strategic for exploring the area, and there are many options nearby.

The food was really good and provided a variety of dishes. The Italian restaurant has lovely food. The bars offer a wide choice of drinks. I wish the room service was quicker, though.

The entire hotel was clean and well kept. The beach crew does a wonderful job removing seaweed daily. There are several pools. A private beach is available.

The room was clean, and the amenities were functional. I stayed in a partial ocean view roomwith a balcony. The minibar was well stocked. The rooms in the south tower are spacious.

attentive staff beautiful beach immaculate location
The location is beautiful, I found it kept immaculate. The beach is amazing, and the swimming pools provide great relaxation. The staff proved attentive and friendly to me. Nothing was like too much trouble for them.
Some furniture in my room looked somewhat worn.

respectful staff birthday button engaging waiter
The staff was very courteous and engaging! delroy and olivia at the dining hall were great. the front desk gentlemen duvain and damar also stood out. i got a button for my birthday and the staff sang happy birthday to me twice. I appreciated it.
the front desk response time was too long. i waited quite a while for assistance.

clear water multiple options
The beach was well kept and offered clear water for swimming (i even saw some colorful fish!). i also found the variety of foods available quite satisfying. There were always multiple options available at each meal.
the elevators were occasionally slow, resulting in short waits during peak times.
